Job Summary

As a Team Associate, you will be cross-trained across three vital operational areas to ensure our retail environment remains dynamic, fully stocked, and customer-ready. No two days are the same, and you will play a direct role in providing essential everyday value to thousands of local families.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Cashiering: Provide a fast, welcoming checkout experience, handle transactions accurately, and represent the brand with absolute professionalism.
• Merchandising & Inventory: Manage inventory flow from the backroom to the sales floor, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, accurately priced, and visually appealing.
• Digital Fulfillment: Act as the engine behind our digital shopping experience by accurately picking, packing, and preparing online orders for rapid delivery or in-store pickup.

Requirements

• A positive, customer-first mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and the flexibility to work dynamic shifts, including weekends or evenings as store operations dictate.
• Previous retail or supermarket experience is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided for the right candidate.
