Role Summary

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Mustawfy Group, you will serve as the visual architect of our corporate identity. Operating out of our Erbil headquarters, you will drive the creative execution across our highly diversified portfolio. This role demands a visionary approach to design, translating our operational scale, market leadership, and continuous growth into compelling, authoritative visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and flawless execution of both digital and print assets across retail, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
• Enforce and maintain Mustawfy Group's Unified Design System across all corporate touchpoints, ensuring absolute visual consistency.
• Collaborate directly with the Privat lable team to elevate the packaging and branding of our rapidly expanding private labels, including KOCH and Hisan.
• Develop high-impact corporate presentations, investor-facing reports, and marketing collateral.
• Manage multiple high-stakes design projects simultaneously while mentoring junior creative staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within a corporate, enterprise, or top-tier agency environment.
• Absolute mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• A robust portfolio demonstrating premium, corporate-tier branding, editorial layouts, and typography hierarchy.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment.
